Human Rights #3 – Rights of Children

bild-11A great series of viusalisations of Human Rights are going around the web lately. I found the third one via notcot. Once again, like the first video I found,  Seth Brau is responsible for the fantastic reduced animation. It’s made for UNICEF in celebration of the 20th Anniversary of the Convention on the Rights of the Child.

“On the sideline of the panel discussion (at the 20th Anniversary of the Convention on the Rights of the Child), a free, multilingual and family-friendly website aimed at promoting children’s rights was launched in an event called ‘Children Know your Rights with CyberDodo‘ at the Human Rights Council.” (via ohchr)
At the website you can watch some funny children cartoons with “CyberDod, the Defender of Life”, a bird, which is an universal ambassador of the Rights of the Child and the Enviroment. I think it’s a great way to teach children their rights.
