It’s winter time, so it’s the perfect time for Islandic music. Yesterday was the concert of Helgi Hrafn Jonsson here in Hamburg and to say it with just one word: dreamlike.

Helgi’s music consists of typical Icelandic characteristics. The soulful vocals, playful, experimantal attitudes, and magical, dreamful sounds.

From now on, I have a new inspirational source for my visual expressions. The DuckDuck Collective is a very inspiring group of three persons: John Carl, Ally Powell, and Matt Addington.

Well, I must admit I can understand the current discussions in many blogs right now. There are several posts at Uarrr, Stylespion, Tautoko, Jeriko, Amy&Pink, Maingold about changes and development within the “blogosphere”.

Many of you know that I spent a year abroad in New York between 2005 and 2006. And I fell in love with the city.
