A lot to do
In a few hours I will go on a two week field trip. Like I already reported it will all start with a journey to Shanghai. The journey will last until Friday. From China I will fly back home to Düsseldorf.
Was ist Design Thinking?
I will make a trip home in order to attend the symposium “Was ist Design Thinking?” (What is Design Thinking?) in Essen organized by the Zollverein School Alumni Association with support of the CREATIVE.NRW. I am excited about the event, it sounds great.
Open Studio
The next days I will relax at my parents home and see some old friends. And I will meet the Open Studio. In the last weeks, Kai of Open Studio, Guido, part of the collective “Anonyme Gestalter“, and me we had Skype Lunch. Although we live and work in different cities, it doesn’t mean that there is no way to have lunch together. I am looking forward to meet Julia and Kai again.
Munich
I will be in Munich, Wednesday 27th and Thursday 28th. I can’t talk about it yet, sorry.
Palo Altonale
On Friday 29th and Saturday 30th the Good School will organize a tinker workshop, called Palo Altonale. The idea is to bring together creatives and techies. And we will try to get a feeling for digital media and all the technical stuff (not just the interfaces and the software, I talk about the actual technology, the hardware). Playful we will explore the technical things in order to see what is possible.
KreativTreff
And finally on Thursday 4th of November I will attend an event of the Hamburg Kreativ Gesellschaft. They invite the advertising people of Hamburg and discuss the status quo, future trends and other topic related things. It is one of a series of events by the Hamburg Kreativ Gesellschaft.
Maybe some of you will attend one of the events. Or you will be in the same town. Please get in contact. And I will try to keep you updated here and via twitter.
