Burger Science

Within this blogpost I said I am not a big fan of molecular gastronomy. But Dave Arnold shows within this video that the creation of  a burger can be different and with the additions of some science you can make something pretty nifty.

Even though it is very different to my down-to-earth burger and it is totally crazy, I like it somehow. And you?
