frog – design mind – special feature
frog – one of my most respected companies invited me once to their office in Munich. After the event the Others, I spent a whole day in the German branch of frog in Munich. During that day I learned a lot about the company. I got a real deep insight into the world of frog – their history, their methods of operating, their employees, and their corporate culture and last but not least also their rooms (at least in Munich).
Since the very early beginning of better taste than sorry, design mind, the digital and printed magazine of frog, has been a mayor ressource of information and inspiration about design and innovation. Their work fascinates me.
design mind – written by frog designers, technologists, and strategists, design mind articles provide the design and innovation community with perspectives on industry trends, emerging technologies, and global consumer culture. design mind also features interviews with high-profile thought leaders, along with contributions from external writers, designers, and photographers. And after getting such a glimpse into their world, I must say that it fascinates me even more now. That is also the reason why I want to share it all with you. Within the next weeks I will give YOU a glimpse into the world of frog. That is also the reason why design mind is already named below in the footer as a partner.
Here is their manifesto:
Where do they come from? What are the doing? Why are they doing, what they are doing? Where are they doing it? Who is doing it? And how do they do it? … I will try to answer all these questions. And in fact even more. If you ever have a question, don’t hesitate to ask it. I spoke to a bunch of people from frog and I bet they are willing to give feedback as well.
The first article will be about the history of frog and will be published next week. How did it all begin? And how did they get where they are now? Basically I will describe how they got from here:
I hope you will enjoy it as much as I do. Getting such a glimpse into the world of frog was already a dream come true.
BUT calling them a partner of BETTER __ THAN __ …, honestly I can’t believe it. Maybe one day, who knows, I can call myself a frog…
